About

About Hormone Harmony HQ

Hormone Harmony HQ was created for every woman who has sat in a doctor’s office feeling dismissed. Who has been told her exhaustion is just stress. Her weight gain is just lifestyle. Her brain fog, her anxiety, her disrupted sleep — just part of getting older. Who has walked away with nothing but a suggestion to try harder, sleep more, worry less.

If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Why this site exists

Perimenopause can begin in your late 30s. It can last for a decade. It affects every system in your body — your energy, your weight, your mood, your memory, your sleep, your digestion, your skin. And yet most women reach it with almost no information about what to expect or what to do. At the same time, thyroid problems — especially underactive thyroid and Hashimoto’s disease — are far more common in women over 40 than most people realise. The symptoms overlap almost entirely with perimenopause. Many women are managing both, without knowing it. We believe that understanding what’s happening in your body is the first step to feeling better. Not a magic solution, not a miracle supplement — just clear, honest, science-backed information that helps you ask the right questions and make informed choices.

What you’ll find here

Hormone Harmony HQ covers four areas:

Perimenopause 101 — the symptoms, the timeline, the biology, and what actually helps. Written for women who want to understand what’s going on, not just be handed a list of tips.

Thyroid and hormone health — the connection between thyroid function and hormone balance, and why so many women in their 40s are dealing with both.

Pelvic floor and core — the changes that nobody talks about, and the gentle, evidence-based approaches that genuinely make a difference.

Supplements and natural support — honest, balanced guidance on the products women are searching for, with no fluff and no false promises.

A note on medical advice

We are not a medical practice, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We write from a place of research, care, and a genuine desire to help — but for anything relating to your personal health, please work with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional. We believe conventional and natural approaches work best together. We will never suggest you ignore medical guidance — but we do believe you deserve more information than you’re sometimes given.
